• Triage and process intake requests for software licensing, maintenance, scientific knowledge resources, and professional services
• track renewals and purchase orders
• provide reporting, analytics, dashboards, and operational insights
• maintain licensing, vendor, contract, funding, and related data
• support year-end accruals, purchase-order closures, and invoice processing
• troubleshoot financial-process issues with stakeholders
• maintain process documentation, standard work, and training materials.
