What you'll do

• Ensure adaptive equipment for food consumption is available
• work with dietary consultants and the RN supervisor
• establish food planning, preparation, and yield standards
• create menus that provide nutritional adequacy and variety, including modified and special diets
• conduct annual pricing audits
• recommend or order food and supplies
• train dietary staff and new staff
• develop dietary procedures and schedules
• ensure staff coverage
• complete evaluations and disciplinary actions
• participate in assigned committees and assessments.

Why this role
