The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Restorative Aide position is onsite in Grand Junction, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation starts at $20.00–$22.13 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports HopeWest’s PACE program, which provides coordinated care to help seniors maintain health and live safely at home. Working under therapy staff direction, the Restorative Aide helps participants regain strength, mobility, and independence through individualized restorative programs. The role contributes to participant safety, progress, and quality of life by supporting care plans and documenting performance.

What you'll do

• Assist participants with individualized restorative care plans under PT/OT staff direction
• support walking, mobility, range-of-motion, and strengthening programs
• encourage participation and progress
• document performance
• maintain participant safety, comfort, and dignity.
