UX Researcher – AI and Quantitative Specialist

Job overview

The UX Researcher – AI and Quantitative Specialist role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office in San Jose, CA. Compensation is $50 per hour on W-2. The role supports the UX Research Team’s efforts to build an AI-native research practice and strengthen behavioral-data fluency.

What you'll do

• Use AI tools in research workflows such as synthesis, analysis, screener design, and report generation
• lead or co-create initiatives to advance AI adoption
• share best practices and coach peers
• design and analyze quantitative studies, including surveys, concept tests, and benchmarks
• apply statistical methods
• create insight-led outputs for product and business decisions
• and analyze behavioral and product data using platforms such as Power BI, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
