The Porter / Janitor role is an onsite position in Lemon Grove, CA. Pay is $16.90–$17 per hour. Sea Crest Services provides porter and janitorial services to multifamily and apartment communities, as well as large facilities and office buildings. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday are off. The day porter maintains cleanliness, safety, and appearance at assigned properties by following cleaning schedules, responding to requests, cleaning common areas and restrooms, removing trash and debris, replenishing supplies, and addressing spills and other safety concerns.

What you'll do

• Follow assigned cleaning schedules
• respond to building and cleaning requests
• maintain lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairwells, and common areas
• collect and transport trash and recycling
• clean and sanitize restrooms
• refill dispensers
• clean spills
• clean glass
• dust, vacuum, and mop
• follow company safety procedures.
