What you'll do

• Gather manager input on position requirements
• draft and review position descriptions
• recommend and document titles, series, and grades
• prepare briefing or option papers
• research and respond to classification questions
• advise on organization and position structure
• create or revise mission and function statements
• write evaluation statements
• develop restructuring crosswalks
• conduct organizational analyses and desk audits
• review classification requests
• submit biweekly status reports and monthly accomplishment reports
• meet with the monitor to review status and issues.
