What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring HVAC technicians
• conduct performance reviews and set improvement goals
• schedule and oversee service calls, installations, and maintenance
• coordinate technician assignments with dispatch
• monitor operational and customer feedback KPIs
• create HVAC estimates using ServiceTitan
• support complex diagnostics and repairs
• ensure safety and industry-standard compliance
• handle escalated service issues
• promote service agreements and generate leads
• manage parts inventory and equipment needs
• ensure timely invoices and receivables.
