What you'll do

• Assist project management with pre-construction planning, procedures, documents, schedules, and budgets
• plan construction phases and staffing
• procure tools, equipment, and materials
• oversee mason foremen and maintain site safety and cleanliness
• participate in safety and progress meetings
• direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors
• coordinate with owners, clients, and architects
• implement job-site changes
• resolve workforce and construction issues
• inspect work for specification and schedule compliance
• control labor and equipment costs
• maintain progress, materials, cost, and daily work records
• conduct post-construction reviews.
