The role exists to lead shift-level execution by coordinating associates, customer service, and operational tasks. The supervisor manages point-of-sale and cash controls, staff deployment, coaching, store readiness, and shift schedules to support service and productivity goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise associates during assigned shifts
• maintain customer service standards on the sales floor and at point of sale
• manage POS opening and closing and cash controls, including banking
• deploy and coach staff
• maintain store readiness, safety, and visual standards
• open or close the store as key holder
• manage schedules and breaks during assigned shifts.

Why this role
