What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment using Clean-in-Place systems
• disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning
• operate and inspect CIP and sanitation systems
• clean floors, walls, ceilings, tanks, and production areas
• complete sanitation documentation and production records
• follow food safety, GMP, quality, and sanitation procedures
• report equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
