What you'll do

• Provide litigation support from case inception through resolution, including trial and post-trial activities
• manage case documents and electronic files
• coordinate discovery and deposition materials
• manage document review and production
• summarize case materials and proceedings
• conduct legal and factual research
• prepare filing materials and routine legal documents
• review filings for court-rule compliance
• assist with trial preparation, exhibits, calendars, witnesses, and trial notebooks
• maintain timekeeping and case activity records
• coordinate with attorneys, court personnel, vendors, and stakeholders.
