What you'll do

• Handle up to 30–40 support calls per day
• reset Active Directory passwords and unlock accounts
• troubleshoot Citrix environments and desktop PCs remotely
• assist with DUO multifactor authentication
• triage and escalate incident tickets
• follow knowledge-base articles and standard procedures
• provide customer service
• document interactions, troubleshooting, and resolutions
• handle client and company data carefully and follow security and change-management policies.
