What you'll do

• Prepare food under the executive chef’s direction
• cook a variety of food products
• follow designated cooking methods and presentation techniques
• store food properly
• help update food and kitchen supply lists
• set up and break down meal periods
• coordinate with event staff
• monitor food quality and quantity
• travel to offsite catering events and collect needed supplies
• follow sanitation procedures and keep equipment clean.
