What you'll do

• Recruit, source, interview, and onboard candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and light-industrial roles
• maintain talent pipelines
• coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs
• support employees through orientations, coaching, and workplace concern resolution
• monitor attendance and engagement
• provide staffing updates and workforce reporting
• support safety training, PPE distribution, audits, and compliance
• maintain onboarding records, timekeeping, payroll-related information, and staffing metrics.
