• design templates, automations, workflows, and collaboration patterns across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PMIS, and related platforms
• maintain user guides and knowledge articles
• partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-centered solutions
• monitor usage, adoption trends, and feedback
• support reliability, security, and compliance.
