What you'll do

• Monitor nursing care and staff performance
• conduct shift meetings and rounds
• address care problems and complaints
• report to the Director of Nursing
• coordinate nursing services
• investigate accidents
• supervise and evaluate staff
• monitor staffing, medication administration, treatments, equipment, and resident care
• provide direct nursing care as needed.
