What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow prep lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare produce and meats, measure ingredients, monitor inventory and temperatures, store food properly, and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Line cooks prepare and cook food to recipe and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, set up and break down workstations, and clean surfaces and tools.
• Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and keep dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and available.
