HVAC Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain large rooftop units, including compressors, economizers, VFDs, and controls
• maintain chilled-water systems, chillers, pumps, air handlers, coils, and valves
• test systems with diagnostic tools
• inspect rooftop curbs, ductwork, and mechanical seals
• recover and charge refrigerant, detect leaks, and maintain compliance records
• execute preventive maintenance schedules
• identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions or capital improvements
• maintain logs and documentation.

Why this role
