Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Norfolk, VA. Pay is $25 per hour. United Property Associates manages apartment communities, homeowner and condominium associations, and single-family homes in Hampton Roads. The technician maintains apartment units and property systems, completing service requests and repairs that support resident service and the upkeep and value of client properties.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests
• maintain and service HVAC systems
• maintain plumbing systems
• perform basic electrical repairs
• repair or replace locks, doors, and windows
• prepare vacant units
• complete grounds work
• maintain tools and common appliances
• order and organize supplies and parts.
