What you'll do

• Lead business analysis for Duck Creek implementations and upgrades
• write requirements and user stories
• conduct workshops and gap analysis
• maintain traceability
• lead UAT and defect triage
• validate configuration, rating logic, workflows, and integrations
• coordinate with business stakeholders, system integrators, and Duck Creek
• manage requirements governance, change control, readiness, and cutover support.
