What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day Child Development Services central-office activities
- support content-area managers in planning and delivering Head Start services
- comply with Head Start standards and Colorado childcare regulations
- coordinate training plans and logistics
- assist with onboarding and job applications
- support preparation of leases, contracts, grant applications, procurement, and inventory controls
- establish food-service reporting procedures under USDA and CACFP guidelines
- coordinate and attend Policy Council and program meetings and take minutes
- maintain online program policies and forms
- provide backup support for center, human resources, fiscal, and front-office functions
- report suspected child abuse or neglect as required.
