What you'll do

• Provide grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care
• change bed linens
• assist with ambulation and transfers
• record vital signs, weights, intake, and output as assigned
• turn and position residents
• report condition changes to the charge nurse
• support hydration and meals
• answer call lights
• assist with staff orientation and training as requested.
