Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Part-Time Evenings or Full-Time Overnights

What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
• ensure resident care plans are implemented and updated
• conduct assessments and communicate condition changes to providers and families
• oversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and nursing services
• address concerns
• assist with staffing coverage and scheduling
• support staff education and performance management
• ensure compliance with policies, infection control, resident rights, and regulations
• respond to emergencies
• participate in QAPI initiatives.
