Home Health Aide (HHA)

The Home Health Aide (HHA) role is onsite in Plymouth, MA, with work across the Barnstable area and required commuting to Bourne and Plymouth. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. The aide supports patients with daily living needs and companionship, helping maintain their comfort and safety across home and other care settings. The role also contributes to coordinated care by monitoring and documenting vital signs and communicating patient needs or changes to nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• prepare meals according to dietary restrictions
• assist with transportation for errands, appointments, and outings
• provide companionship and emotional support
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• monitor and record vital signs
• communicate patient needs and condition changes to nursing staff
• document care in electronic health records.
