The Production Cook IV role is onsite in Madison, WI, with variable hours between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and an every-other-weekend rotation. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Prepare food and meals according to standardized menus and modified diets
• lead and direct production staff, including in the absence of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
• train staff in portioning, presentation, production methods, and sanitation
• follow production forecasts and portion controls
• monitor meal delivery for quality and menu accuracy
• maintain sanitation and temperature standards
• assist with kitchen surveys, food and supply ordering, and receiving.
