Mitigation Project Coordinator

The Mitigation Project Coordinator role is onsite in Shrewsbury, MA, in the office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pay is $26–$30 per hour. Paul Davis Restoration cleans up and repairs property damage caused by storms, fires, water, mold, and other disasters. The coordinator supports project execution and program compliance by initiating projects, arranging inspections and dispatch, tracking deadlines and updates, and maintaining complete project records for project managers and technicians.

What you'll do

• Provide phone coverage
• make initial project contact and set up projects in the internal system
• schedule inspections and equipment pickups
• dispatch technicians for new mitigation losses
• assist project managers with work authorizations, certifications, and compliance tasks
• monitor reports and deadlines
• update the project tracking dashboard
• distribute relevant emails
• maintain accurate project files and records.
