Product Engineer

The Product Engineer role is hybrid, with preferred locations in Syracuse, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Phoenix, AZ, and remote opportunities may also be considered. Pay is $34.62–$44.24 per hour. CXtec provides IT lifecycle management solutions and secondary-market network hardware to help organizations extend the life of technology.\n\nThe role provides technical product expertise to internal teams and customers, researching product capabilities, recommending configurations, and troubleshooting issues across networking and data center products. It helps teams select and apply suitable products while building technical depth across assigned product lines.

What you'll do

• Provide technical product support
• understand requirements and recommend configurations or alternatives
• research specifications and compatibility
• troubleshoot product and configuration issues
• assist with network and infrastructure solutions
• evaluate returned or damaged products
• support product testing
• research new products and vendors
• deliver technical product information and training
• document findings and escalate complex issues.
