What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
• vacuum, mop, disinfect, clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, dust, empty trash, and make beds
• remove and replace linens
• clean public restrooms, halls, restaurants, activity areas, lobbies, elevators, patios, and grounds
• transport supplies using a cleaning cart
• load washers and dryers and fold laundry as needed
• interact positively with residents, potential residents, and families
• notify management of hazards, safety issues, or changes in resident status.
