Shift Supervisor

Compensation is $19–$26 per year. The Shift Supervisor is an onsite position located in Lima, OH. as a fixed annual salary, with an hourly range of $19.00 - $25.65, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am. This role supports the store leadership team in delivering memorable customer experiences. The role exists to ensure the shift stays on track and to drive execution of key decisions. The supervisor manages inventory, enforces safety and security policies, and provides direction to associates to maintain efficient store operations.

What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to associates.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
