What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC laser systems
- inspect and replace optics and beam-delivery components
- diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- troubleshoot CNC controls and automated material handling
- perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs
- read schematics and manuals
- follow laser safety, lockout/tagout, arc-flash, and machine-guarding requirements.
