What you'll do

• Patrol VHC Health facilities and property
• maintain order and protect personnel
• help prevent fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry
• enforce VHC Health policies
• assist patients, visitors, and employees
• respond to security requirements, complaints, emergency alerts, and campus situations
• prepare incident reports and activity logs
• complete required advanced first aid training, including BLS and AED
• once trained, respond to medical emergency calls to assess, stabilize, and arrange or provide transport
• once trained, equipped, and authorized, handle situations that may require physical force or defensive weapons.
