Assistant Maintenance Technician – Part-Time

What you'll do

• Maintain lighting and heating equipment
• assist with materials and work projects
• perform general interior and exterior repairs, painting, drywall, and minor roof repairs
• clear snow and apply ice melt
• report unusual conditions
• maintain equipment and supplies
• complete and return work-order tickets
• respond to emergency calls requested by management
• follow safety procedures and management policies.
