What you'll do

• Serve as a contact between the parts and service departments
• assist customers at the counter, through service, and by phone
• work with suppliers and the team to maintain parts and tool availability
• use EPC and inventory systems
• cash out customers
• follow up on outstanding issues and parts
• maintain orderly repair-order, insurance-estimate, and special-order records
• participate in training.
