What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and complete emergency service calls
• respond to building and safety concerns
• maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• perform tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, wall covering, and tiling
• maintain pool area and water chemistry
• manage supplies and equipment
• assist with snow removal.
