Claims Coordinator – Water Mitigation

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch mitigation crews
• maintain daily and weekly job calendars and adjust for changing needs
• communicate assignments and schedule changes to crews and project managers
• update CRM and scheduling systems
• complete EAS documentation
• collect and submit billing documents
• follow up on missing information
• monitor appointments and conflicts
• maintain job records
• answer calls and assist customers, vendors, and visitors
• provide receptionist and administrative support
• perform required on-call administrative duties.
