What you'll do

• Develop and lead the division’s multi-year marketing and growth strategy
• plan for scale across hospital partners, geographies, and workforce programs
• manage the marketing budget and partner with Finance on planning and forecasting
• lead employee-facing demand generation and co-branded marketing
• build brand awareness and pipeline
• develop executive messaging, thought leadership, case studies, and sales enablement materials
• use data, AI, and automation to improve marketing
• build and develop the marketing organization
• manage agencies and vendors
• and align with enterprise marketing teams.

Why this role
