What you'll do

• Oversee Front of House, Food & Beverage, and resident amenity services
• establish service standards and quality measures
• lead, recruit, train, coach, and develop hospitality teams
• manage daily operations, staffing, budgets, and expenses
• ensure applicable health, safety, food service, and alcohol service compliance
• address escalated resident concerns and use feedback to improve services.
