What you'll do

• Lead mine planning across long-, medium-, and short-range horizons
• approve mine designs and drill-and-blast packages
• oversee ground-control, survey, stockpile, and waste-dump standards
• direct plan-to-actual reconciliation
• coordinate plans with operations and maintenance
• maintain a field presence
• lead reserve and budget contributions
• manage departmental resources and reporting
• and coach and develop the engineering team.
