Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• coordinate individualized resident care
• assess residents and respond to changes in condition
• mentor nursing staff
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other team members
• review clinical documentation
• investigate resident, family, and staff concerns
• participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and risk management
• assist with staffing, scheduling, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• respond to emergencies and provide direct care as needed.
