What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, supervision, and performance management
• assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and staff development
• serve as Person-in-Charge when assigned
• help improve department policies and services
• lead or participate in projects and work teams
• plan and evaluate programs, outreach, and events
• build partnerships with schools and community organizations
• provide reference, readers’ advisory, and technology assistance
• support collection development and library-wide programming.
