What you'll do

• oversee expenses, profitability, and monthly P&L statements
• complete documentation
• open and close shifts
• manage customer service, cash control, and bank deposits
• resolve customer, personnel, and equipment issues
• maintain cleanliness, ordering, stocking, and pricing
• implement training
• supervise staff and food handling
• ensure food storage and temperature controls
• maintain staffing, records, safety, and company policies
• report operational issues to upper management.
