Business Systems Communications Lead – ERP Transformation

The Business Systems Communications Lead – ERP Transformation is a hybrid role with three onsite days per week in Santa Fe or Los Alamos, NM. The stated compensation is $80–$82 per hour. The role supports Los Alamos National Laboratory’s Business Management Directorate and its multiyear ERP replacement program. The lead advises project leadership and coordinates communications across workstreams, internal partners, and external stakeholders. Clear, timely communications help employees understand upcoming changes and prepare for the transition to SAP S/4HANA and more unified business processes and data.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead communications across project workstreams
• advise project leadership and coordinate with the Program Change Manager, workstream leads, system integrator partners, and engagement teams
• develop internal communications content
• coordinate multimedia staff
• maintain program communication protocols and vehicles
• support consistent, timely messaging about changes and employee preparation.
