The Merchandising Operations Associate is a remote role with Monday–Friday hours, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time; compensation is $26.44–$36.06 per hour. Green Thumb’s merchandising operations team supports in-store and online product presentation and customer navigation. This temporary contract role supports merchandising execution by maintaining product and digital information, coordinating orders and shipments, assisting with pricing and promotions, and helping optimize inventory. The work contributes to accurate, easy-to-shop menus and the team’s sales, margin, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals.

What you'll do

• Coordinate information across Buying, Merchandising Operations, Retail Operations, and Digital teams
• maintain product data, digital content, catalogs, and point-of-sale information
• support purchase order and invoice matching, shipment coordination, and discrepancy resolution
• communicate merchandise updates to retail teams
• assist with promotions, discounts, pricing updates, clearance, inventory tasks, menu customization, accuracy audits, process improvements, and trend monitoring.
