Diet Technician

What you'll do

• Record dietary preferences, allergies, restrictions, and special requests
• enter and update meal orders in electronic systems
• communicate with dietitians and kitchen staff about appropriate meals
• visit members during meal service to assess satisfaction
• assist with weekly menus and revisions
• maintain dietary records
• generate reports and provide clerical and customer-service support as assigned.
