What you'll do

• Troubleshoot desktops, printers, workstations, RDS servers, VPN, internet and phone connectivity, software updates, and user inquiries
• support Sage 300 ERP, including inventory part numbers, customer price lists, plant accounting, and reports
• assist with webstore troubleshooting and updates
• help identify and train users on automated ERP processes
• support manufacturing accounting and inventory tasks
• document procedures
• prepare reports on inventory, purchasing, sales, and trends.
