What you'll do

• Develop and execute category strategies and supplier roadmaps
• plan capacity for current production and future growth
• manage supplier relationships and serve as commercial contact for assigned categories
• negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, capacity commitments, rebates, and long-term agreements
• identify and mitigate supply risks
• partner with Engineering on supplier selection and value engineering
• lead supplier performance reviews
• monitor market and commodity trends and supplier financial health
• support budgeting and cost reduction
• collaborate with procurement, planning, and manufacturing teams to maintain supply continuity.
