The Home Health Aide — Topton role is onsite in Williamsport, PA, with flexible scheduling based on caregiver and client availability. What you'll do

• Follow client care plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals
• help with light housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship and medication reminders according to the care plan
• report changes in client condition or needs
• record completed tasks and use electronic visit verification to clock in and out.
