What you'll do

• Map current targeting workflows and document differences between command practice and doctrine
• translate doctrine and decision authority into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• recommend backlog priorities based on operational value
• develop representative scenarios to test recommendations
• demonstrate capabilities to operators and incorporate feedback
• define success measures and report progress, risks, and open decisions to government stakeholders.
