Chief Engineer — New Hotel

What you'll do

• Lead, train, supervise, and develop maintenance associates
• diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and building systems

• respond to work orders and delegate repairs
• maintain interiors, exteriors, equipment, and grounds
• maintain tools and supplies
• keep maintenance logs and documentation
• manage activities within budget
• support staff hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
