The role coordinates facility operations and supervises assigned CRC I staff to maintain security, safety, sanitation, training, and compliance while supporting residents’ transition and daily needs.
What you'll do
- Manage the facility when the administrative team is absent
- coordinate resident transportation
- maintain security, sanitation, and safety
- supervise resident counts, searches, medication distribution, and staff activities
- respond to and report incidents
- train staff and residents on procedures
- maintain records and reports
- conduct evaluations and audits as needed.
